Distracted, but why?

Dear Journal,
Why am I so distracted? Why can’t I get back to my blogging schedule?
  • Is it because I didn’t go to kindergarten…because I couldn’t. They didn’t have it at my school.
  • Is it because I keep thinking about planting new mums where I killed the old ones?
  • Is it because I keep looking for a black Pug or a Brussels Griffon or a Boxer puppy that I can’t commit to?
  • Is it because I’m busy not turning my back on teaching Kiki Dee how not to lash out at me—you know not scratch?
  • Is it because I dream of taking a nap and then I nap and then I dream of being awake?
  • Is it because I keep moving my furniture around and then back again?
  • Is it because I’m restless, but not young? (You know The Young and the Restless?)
  • Is it because I get caught up in reading everyone’s blog?
  • OR is it because my focus thingy is broken?
~~Teresa

That's when I'd head outdoors for a long, autumn walk ...

Ugh, I'm always distracted too. Good luck, though.
Oh sweetie, it sounds like ya need some outside time deadheadin' flowers. It was one of my favorite activities after school. I always said, "better to dead~head a few flowers than to dead~head a student." Heeehehehee!!!

I loved your Young and the Restless statement. I'm more like the Old and the Creaky. :o)

Hang in there sister, you'll find your mojo again.

Have a marvelously blessed day sweetie!!! :o)

Oh, I love your list. I think my focus has left forever. We can blame it on the end of summer, knowing snow will be visiting before too long.

Um, maybe you don't realize this, but did just write a post by posting this! :-) And you shared a little humor with us at the same time!
I'd blame the mums! Sure, they LOOK like innocent flowers...

When you find a good focus repair shop let me know. Mine needs some fine tuning as well.
Let's face it--there's so much to do and that needs to be done it's kind of difficult to stay focused on one thing.
