THE ZENITH

Z is for:

THE ZENITH by T. Powell Coltrin

Yes, the end is reserved for me and my short story, the last story in Grim Tales from the Ruralhood. THE ZENITH.

First Line: The school bus bounced as it pulled off the highway and onto the gravel road, tossing Mabel O’Connell and her two guests sideways in the seats.

End Line: The house glowed, the song stopped and the light went out.

Congrats to all who completed the A-Z! Thank you to all who visited me! You rock.

HEY come back Sunday for my Sunday Reflection post and Monday because Alex Cavanaugh will be in the house. Yay!

A Grim Tale with a Zenith and a house glowing, the song stopped the the light went off .. sounds a grim tale ending indeed ...

    Congratulations on finishing ...cheers Hilary

  10. The immense power of words can be felt in last line! Congratulations for finishing a challenge and keeping its spirit throughout. Some of the books you mentioned were read by me but some of them are inspirations that will lead me to reading more in the coming months.
