Death can be a PARTY

I am participating in the Blogging from A-Z Challenge again this year. What is this mysterious blogging challenge you ask? Arlee Bird from Tossing it Out came up with this fantastic idea where bloggers post using consecutive letters of the alphabet for 26 days in April. It grew in numbers, and Arlee now has many helpers. Odd deaths
happen, right? It’s sort of like being at the right place at the right wrong time. My A-Z 2016 blogging journey takes us down the road of Death by Oddity. Come join me.

P= Death at a Party

A thirty-one year old man drowned at a party, at a New Orleans city pool. What’s so odd about this, you might wonder? The party was held as a celebration for the 100 lifeguards who had worked over the summer as lifeguards. Source here.

I so agree with E.C. Would make me a bit afraid to be in the water around the other lifeguards.
Wow! I guess they were distracted!

Tragically ironic. They should've employed some lifeguards to keep an eye on the lifeguards.

Oh, that is bad. Your title could be for an Agatha Christie murder mystery.

Must have been some wild party. Here in L.A. it's more likely that someone will die at a party from getting shot.

I didn't see that coming! How sad for the poor guy who drowned and how embarrassing for the lifeguards!
