Friday's Interesting People

 

If Friday were an instrument it would be a drum. Can you hear it?

I’ve always loved Fridays. Why? Because on Fridays most people are happier (and nice)—including me. Friday also means the weekend is fresh and new and in front of us. It’s the end of the work week. Sometimes weddings happen on Friday evenings. Date night. Need I say more?

I’ve been thinking about Fridays—that I need help and I don’t mean cleaning my house although I’m for that too. I desire something interesting for Fridays on Journaling Woman. So, I'm starting a new feature called Friday’s Interesting People. I’m still thinking this out, but my thought is to feature writers, photographers, artists and other interesting people, each Friday. And, I may even throw in dead people like Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and Mark Twain or non-people like Scarlett O’Hara. I’m sure I’ll have to answer the questions for them—or will I?  Ok, yes I will.

If you would like to be a guest on Friday’s Interesting People because you have a book coming out, we can use it for that too. I love guest posts.  I’m not sure about the format yet, but it will unfold.

First up, I’m so thrilled to have two authors who are releasing books next week. Hart Johnson will be here Friday, June 8 and Elizabeth SpannCraig has agreed to be here on June 15.  So stay tuned for questions asked and answered and the scoop on their books.
