Death and KILLER Hogs

Arlee Bird from Tossing it Out came up with this fantastic idea where bloggers post using consecutive letters of the alphabet for 26 days in April. K= Death and Killer Hogs

The same hogs that were therapeutic to Michael Garner’s PTSD killed him. Garner went to feed his hogs one morning and never returned. In the search for Garner, they found a body part or two and his dentures in the hog's pen. The coroner could not be sure what killed (hogs or something else) Michael Garner, but having a heart attack in the middle of a hog pen was not ruled out. And the pigs did eat him. Source here.

As a child, I’d been warned about hogs, their size and temperament, and protectiveness over their young. Good thing.

Yikes what a story, but I still like bacon.
