Sunday Reflection: Easter Sunday

Some hearts, like the evening primroses, open more beautifully in the shadows of life.” - unknown author

It’s hard to believe that during these terrible times, in the middle of a pandemic, that good things have emerged, that there are countless blessings and many wonderful stories of goodwill. We are all trying to survive and find ourselves reflecting on life. On this Easter Sunday, our hearts might be troubled and fearful but God is bringing us through this pandemic. He never leaves us alone when we navigate “the shadows of life”.

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” Romans 8:18–19 (Read the entire chapter here.)

Happy Easter to you! Be safe. Be blessed!
